This is a full-time position reporting to the Hotel Manager, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.ResponsibilitiesManage all housekeeping operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance of hotel areas.Lead by example and inspire a small team to exceed guest expectations daily.Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation in all hotel areas.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of systems and procedures.Monitor productivity and roster staff according to hotel occupancy.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Housekeeper at a supervisory level.Excellent communication skills and ability to provide leadership and training to team members.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Please note that only candidates with NZ residency will be eligible for this position.
