Job Description Summerset Casebrook is looking for an experienced Head Gardener to join the property team at our vibrant village! About the Role: This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapesEnsuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoyWorking with the Property Manager & Village Manager to plan, manage and report on work plans and budgetsMaintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & familiesThis is a permanent full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
