This allows you to balance leadership and coaching of the team with policy development, review legislative compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including our two union partners.

In addition, you'll play an instrumental role as a member of Tumatakahuki, the regional senior leadership team who oversee regional strategies and operations.
