Tumu Frame and Truss Hastings are now seeking an experienced Senior/Head Detailer to lead their high-performing team. About the Role: This role will involve interpretation of architectural plans and producing detailed drawings. You will also be developing a cohesive and successful team, training your team members by demonstrating your technical expertise and leading by example. This role is centered on customer service, with a high level of exposure to internal and external customers. About You: This is ideal for someone with a proven history of innovation and solution-based experience that is looking for the next opportunity to develop their career. Skills and experience required: Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Detailer Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities Service-driven and solution-oriented to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate strong leadership capability Highly competent knowledge of Truss design software.
