Hawke's Bay Foundation is seeking an experienced Executive Officer with expertise in donor management to join our small team. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Foundation, including managing two dedicated staff members, while building and nurturing valuable relationships with new and existing donors. About Hawke's Bay Foundation Hawkes Bay Foundation is a registered charity with a vision to create a thriving community for our beautiful region. We connect generous donors with local causes, providing funding and support to charitable community initiatives. Through annual distributions and partnerships, the Foundation fosters positive change, with a focus on education, health, the environment, arts, culture and social well-being. About the role As the Executive Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our business plan. You will also lead the growth of our donor base to increase funding distributions for community projects. Your leadership skills will be key in fostering a collaborative work environment and will ensure that our small team is always connected, aligned and motivated. The role is 30 hours per week, based in central Hastings but with the option to work some days from home. What's in it for you?
