Tumu Frame and Truss Hastings are now seeking an experienced Senior/Head Detailer to lead their high-performing team.About the Role:This role will involve interpretation of architectural plans and producing detailed drawings. You will also be developing a cohesive and successful team, training your team members by demonstrating your technical expertise and leading by example. This role is centered on customer service, with a high level of exposure to internal and external customers.About You:This is ideal for someone with a proven history of innovation and solution-based experience that is looking for the next opportunity to develop their career.Skills and experience required:High level of experience as a DetailerExceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle prioritiesService-driven and solution-oriented to ensure tasks are completed efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate strong leadership capabilityHighly competent knowledge of Truss design software.
