Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Head Concierge to lead our Concierge team and deliver unparalleled guest experiences. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee Concierge operations at SO/ Auckland. Manage a team of under 10 while building your global career portfolio.
This role offers an Annual Salary of $62,400 in a Full Time permanent role – 40 hours guaranteed per week.
Lead and inspire the Concierge team to deliver exceptional, personalised guest service.Supervise front-drive operations, coordinating with other departments where necessary.Engage with guests during peak times, promptly addressing needs in public areas.Maintain impeccable standards in the luggage rooms and hotel assets.Promote hotel amenities and ensure the lobby and driveway remains clean and orderly.Review guest feedback with associates to drive continuous improvement.Train and coach team members to confidently promote local activities and experiences.Develop efficient work schedules aligned with occupancy forecasts alongside the Rooms Division Manager.Address guest concerns promptly, collaborating with department heads for resolution.Assist in recruitment, seeking team members with strong customer service potential.Ensure high standards of appearance, punctuality, and performance within the team.QualificationsIn order to be successful for this role:
