Head Chef - $35 per hour + free car parking The concept: A premium Cafe, partnered with local coffee experts, this venue will be serving up the best coffee experience in town, a real cut above the rest. Fresh grab and go cabinet food, with a bespoke dine-in range too, packed full of fresh and vibrant dishes. With a brand new site currently under development, we are looking for a Head Chef to take control of the site. Reporting to the Group Head Chef, you will be empowered to set the kitchen up, recruit the team, and train them.
Senior Sous Chef - $32 - $34 per hour - Tuesday - Saturday only The Concept: Inner city venue looking to expand their offering. With an additional 60 seats, they will soon be offering Modern Italian cuisine, sick beats, fine cocktails, and new world wines. Working alongside the owner / Head Chef, you will collaborate on menu design and concepts while pushing the boundaries with a professional team.
Sous Chef - $31-$33 per hour + free car parking The Concept: Premium all-day dining and bar. During the morning, this venue will offer freshly baked goods alongside a full dine-in breakfast offer. Transitioning into a restaurant and pumping bar by mid-morning, the kitchen will get extremely busy at times. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous in a similar gastro establishment.
Temp Chefs - $29 - $35 per hour
New to town or looking for top-up hours? You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion, exposed to working on all sections in the kitchen. Shifts range from day-to-day and long-term assignments, including out-of-town assignments with accommodation.
