We are on the hunt for a Head Chef or Senior Sous wishing to take the next step and join our team to help run all kitchen operations.A responsible individual who will take ownership of their role and has passion for outstanding food and service along with being a professional team player. This role includes kitchen staffing, training, menu development and creation along with the controlling and reporting of food and wage costs. A thorough understanding of Hygiene and Food Safety procedures is of great importance. This role is suited to a highly organised individual; as the scope of the venue's offering includes daytime a la carte, evening bar menu, cabinet offerings, out catering and functions.The right candidateYou are a natural leader.
