Description Job Summary: We seek a passionate and innovative Head Chef to run Jervois Steak House in Queenstown, responsible for kitchen operations, food and service, and team leadership.
About You:
Take ownership of kitchen responsibilities and be a professional team player.
Lead a talented kitchen team, inspire consistency, and improve wage and food costs.
Develop and train less experienced chefs, with experience in ordering, rostering, and food safety procedures.
Manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Requirements: You must have the legal right to work in NZ and be available to work weekdays and weekends as this is a 7-day rotating roster.
