We're seeking a talented Head Chef to join our vibrant team at Cardrona, Treble Cone, and Apres. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Venue Head Chef and kitchen staff, overseeing our many food and beverage outlets. You'll lead and support your team, ensuring each outlet delivers mouthwatering meals to our thousands of annual visitors. With our outlets scattered across the mountain and Wanaka, you'll have variety in work environments and cuisines. This opportunity is tailor-made for those who relish the thrill of skiing or snowboarding.

We're looking for someone who has: At least 3 years' experience in a senior chef positionprevious experience in a leadership role and people management skills with the ability to mentor junior staffExperience working across multiple outlets (preferred)A la carte menu planning and proven working knowledge of different cuisinesExperience with assistance in menu planning and recruitmentA solid understanding of Food safety requirements and a Long term commitment to the Wanaka areaWhat do you get out of this?
