Head Chef Needed For 3 Weeks

The Royal Oak is a quaint 18th Century country pub & restaurant located in Downton, on the edge of the stunning New Forest and we are excited to be looking for a Head Chef for the next 3 weeks. Our kitchen team hand-prepare and serve up freshly cooked, homemade cuisine using a range of locally sourced ingredients together with an array of classic bar snacks. We are passionate about our food being the best and our recently refreshed menu continues to see our food service get even busier. We are looking for a Head Chef that can help us with further menu development, run a team, oversee the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, and uphold high levels of health & safety and food standards at The Royal Oak. We run a fast-paced kitchen, so you must be able to work well under pressure. A good attitude and excellent communication skills are key in this role. In return, you will work with a supportive team in a fun environment with a competitive pay rate on offer for the area. We also try our best to create a flexible working pattern in the kitchen.
