You'll have extensive culinary experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.As Head Chef, you'll oversee food preparation, manage costs, organize prep work, create menus, and lead your team.You'll work closely with our management team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:Lead kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishesManage food and labor costs within budgetOrganize prep work, inventory, and orderingCreate and maintain menus that appeal to our customersCollaborate with the management team to drive business growthRequirements:Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar roleStrong culinary skills and knowledge of New Zealand cuisineExcellent leadership and communication skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with food safety and health regulations$60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
