About the Role: As Head Chef, running a smooth and efficient kitchen is second nature to you. From food prep and service to managing stock, budgeting, training, and rostering your team—you've got it all covered. Cleanliness, health & safety, and compliance are part of your daily routine.
You'll take pride in leading a team that's well-prepared, well-trained, and confident. Training and mentoring talent excites you, and there's nothing more rewarding than watching your team thrive and love what they do.
Teamwork is everything, and you're always ready to step in—whether it's helping with prep, managing colds and hots, working the grill, or cleaning up.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
A passion for mentoring and developing your team
