We're Looking For: An enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef with a passion for pizza and a flair for creating exceptional dishes. You'll lead a talented kitchen team and help elevate our menu to new heights.
What You'll Do: Lead the kitchen by inspiring and managing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and creative work environment. Bring your expertise to the forefront and develop mouthwatering creations. Design and execute seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and unique flavors. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control while ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef, with pizza experience highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with a knack for team development and motivation. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to exceeding culinary standards. Proficient in kitchen management software and MS Office. Engaging personality with a connection to the local community.
