We're searching for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead our team here at Fat Sally's and create unforgettable dishes that will leave our guests wanting more!
What You'll Do: Menu Mastery : Design and craft seasonal menus that showcase your culinary flair.
Team Leadership : Inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Quality Control : Ensure every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
Inventory & Budgeting : Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.

Minimum: 5 years experience in a commercial kitchen DETAILS Full time hours.
Flexible roster, Tuesday to Sunday 9am - 11pm.
