We're looking for a legendary Head Chef. Could it be you?You're a skilled chef, with experience managing a high-performing kitchen team. You've your Certificate in Professional Cookery, or your City and Guilds qualification.Running a smooth, efficient kitchen is second nature to you. Juggling food prep and service, managing stock and budgets, training and rostering your team, cleaning and health and safety, is all in a day's work.You send out a top team, every day, well briefed, well trained, and full of confidence they're the best at what they do. You love training and mentoring great talent, and nothing makes you prouder than seeing your team walk tall and enjoy their work.And of course, you're a top team player, ready to jump in and help your team members at the drop of a hat, whether with cleaning, prep work, colds, hots, grill, thirds, or pans.You're used to working with established systems and processes.
