It employs around 650 staff and has a rich heritage of investing in leading edge hospitality facilities and funding significant community projects through its distribution of profits to over 400 community organisations each year.The Kelvin Hotel is a 3.5 star, 61 room hotel in the heart of Invercargill, featuring Level One restaurant and bar, Editor's Cut sports bar and our five versatile function spaces.Reporting to the Executive Manager and as a member of The Kelvin Hotel's leadership team, the head chef will play a pivotal role.
