Job Responsibilities Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, kitchen and waiting staff Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Preparing and cooking food Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations Selecting and training staff Weekly meetings with operations manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Chef: 3 years (Required) Licence/Certification: Visa / residency / citizenship (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
