Head Chef

This job is for an experienced HEAD CHEF.
This job role is full time and will be roughly 38-42 hours per week.This person must be able to do the following:Food CostingManage and train staffMenu planningAttention to detail is essential.
Must be confident working on your own from time to time.
This role is a hands-on cooking role.
Must be comfortable recreating what we already do well and also bring new ideas to our establishment.
Must have the ability to do 100 covers per night and keep calm.We are a busy small country hotel situated 20 minutes south of Timaru on State Highway 1.
We service locals, accommodation, and patrons who come to our establishment from afar for great food and a great atmosphere.
