Offering a vibrant dining and sports bar experience alongside ten pin bowling, golf simulators, racing simulators, arcade, karaoke, and party rooms. With a unique concept and a passion for high-quality cuisine, we are looking for a visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience that complements the dynamic atmosphere of our venue.
The Role:
As the Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen, responsible for creating and executing a standout menu that reflects our venue's lively and creative spirit. You'll manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety while delivering a high-end gastro pub experience.This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary creative thinker who is excited to put their mark on a new and exciting venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an innovative menu that aligns with the venue's entertainment-driven atmosphere.
Lead, inspire, and train kitchen staff, fostering a team environment focused on excellence.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and consistency in food presentation and quality.
Manage inventory, budgets, and food costs, working closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
Collaborate with management to drive culinary creativity and seasonal menu changes.
Be a culinary leader, creating dishes that will leave a lasting impression on our guests.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
A passion for food innovation and a deep understanding of current culinary trends.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing kitchen teams.
Excellent understanding of cost control, stock management, and kitchen operations.
A team player with great communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
