Head Chef

An exciting new venture/concept on CBD fringe is looking for a talented and creative Head Chef.  The position will suit an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for a fresh challenge. Ideally someone with a background in pastry  - both sweet and savory would be an advantage! You must be able to lead a passionate team, provide Menu development, staff management and preparation.  Remuneration will match your experience and skill set. Further career opportunities exist for the right candidate. As Head Chef you must have experience in: • Creative menu ideas • Staff management / Rostering • Menu costing and control working closely with suppliers • Staff training • Ordering and stock-taking • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate the culinary brigade and ability to work under pressure If you are a dynamic, innovative leader and have the ability to infuse your culinary flair and team management with passion and enthusiasm, we would love to hear from you!
