Head Chef

An exciting new venture/concept on CBD fringe is looking for a talented and creative Head Chef.
The position will suit an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for a fresh challenge.
Ideally someone with a background in pastry  - both sweet and savory would be an advantage!
You must be able to lead a passionate team, provide Menu development, staff management and preparation.
Remuneration will match your experience and skill set.

As Head Chef you must have experience in: • Creative menu ideas • Staff management / Rostering • Menu costing and control working closely with suppliers • Staff training • Ordering and stock-taking • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate the culinary brigade and ability to work under pressure If you are a dynamic, innovative leader and have the ability to infuse your culinary flair and team management with passion and enthusiasm, we would love to hear from you!
