This is a hands-on position. Responsibilities include:Having creative input with menu development and dish presentationEnsuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stationsTraining, developing and supporting kitchen staffOptimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and qualityEnsuring exceptional hygiene practices are maintainedMonitoring and controlling food costsSupporting the Director of Culinary with general administration tasksAbout You:The successful candidate will be flexible, have a can-do attitude, work well in a high-pressure environment, and want to push their career further.
