Head Chef (Full Time)

Hi need some one asap. It's a retirement village- 210 plus covers. Bulk cooking system style.Note- I wont reply to your application, if you have no baking experience, you dont live in NZ or Auckland and you dont have any aged care experience!You must a nz citizen. We dont sponsor any visas or any extension or transfers.Hourly rate pay plus over time. 40 hours plus per week. 8.30am till 5.30pm shift.Must be available on the weekends too.You must know how to bake slices, make biscuits from scratch, desserts, bake cakes , muffins, scones, pastries,....etc.Unpacking and checking delivery.Cooking- prep, function experience, COLD SECTION nd HOt section experience.Documenting FCP- FOOD CONTROL PLAN.Supervising kitchen staff at all times.Delivery hot boxes.
