Head Chef - Exclusive Restaurant

Our client is a family-owned group that operates a number of high-quality hotel operations across the Lake District. They are looking for an ambitious Head Chef, with proven experience and a track record within luxury hotels. With full day-to-day responsibility of their fine dining lake view restaurant, they are looking for passion and enthusiasm, which will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great benefits.What We Are Looking for In YouThe ability to lead and develop a team of staff, providing leadership, development, motivation, and guidance to enable high levels of commitment and service.A good understanding of P&L analysis, GP and menu costing, wage budgeting, and purchasing, with the ability to negotiate prices directly from our suppliers.The desire to develop menus and drive the business forward in the long term.You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.The Rewards:Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.Annual bonus scheme.Training and Development - Accredited compliance training, Hospitality-specific online training platform.Hotel Academy - with Apprenticeship training up to level 4.Staff meals whilst on duty.
