The Head Chef will oversee the production and service of high-quality meals, meeting dietary requirements, and work as part of a team to manage kitchen and dining room staff. Key skills and experience include a high level of competency, ability to work as part of a team, and experience in the hospitality industry, senior chef's role, and food safety program. The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, be an outstanding communicator, and have experience in operating and controlling a food safety program.
