The Head Chef will oversee the production and service of high-quality meals, meeting dietary requirements, and work as part of a team to manage kitchen and dining room staff. Key skills and experience include a high level of competency, ability to work as part of a team, and experience in the hospitality industry, senior chef's role, and food safety program. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service experience, be an outstanding communicator, and have experience in operating and controlling a food safety program.
