As a "Hands On" leader, you will be responsible for elevating our cabinet food offering and delivering exceptional events.
Cafe | Functions | Events Salary: $75k per annum + bonus or up to $35 per hour, depending on the role.
Key Responsibilities: Elevate cabinet food offering with a flair for delivering events.
Lead a small team of 3 in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Manage stock levels, prep lists, and follow FCP procedures.
Oversee daily production for multiple sites.
Create appealing, seasonal food for our cafe concept.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Production Chef.
Proven track record of leading a team and managing inventory.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Able to work a mix of days and early evening shifts.
A pretty good work-life balance.
Ongoing training and development opportunities.
