As a passionate advocate for craft beer, you'll have the freedom to create innovative menus that pair perfectly with our signature brews.Key Responsibilities:Develop and price menus that showcase our smoked meats and complement our beer offeringsCollaborate with our Brewhouse team to integrate beer elements into foodHire and train staff to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environmentRequirements:Valid New Zealand Work Permit or CitizenshipProven experience as a Head Chef, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to deadlinesPassion for craft beer, wine, and spiritsAbility to work well in a small team and adapt to a dynamic environmentStrong people management skills and previous training & development experienceGrow with Us: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
