As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment in the kitchen, where team members feel good about coming to work.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining kitchen policies and proceduresEnsuring high standards of food preparation and presentationImparting knowledge and skills to kitchen staffDesigning and developing new dishes and menusMinimising food waste and maintaining excellent food safety standardsPreferred competencies include:New Zealand Certificate in Cookery or equivalentMinimum 3 years' experience as a Head ChefFood safety course within the past 3 yearsWe offer a competitive salary, flexible roster, and a supportive work environment.
