HCB - Customer Service Representative - Auckland Exciting opportunity on offer in Auckland HCB branch for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!
About the Position: You are responsible as our new Customer Service Representative covering the Auckland region.
You will help increase our profile and look after our customer base as well as: Building great working relationships with new and existing customers to showcase our products.
Attending to client enquiries, interpreting needs, discussing our products and driving sales across the region.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the team to manage a large portfolio of loyal clients.
Delivering our products around the region & ensuring exceptional customer experience and service levels.
About You: You are looking to get a start in sales or have some customer service experience and want to take the next step in your sales career.
You may be currently working in a retail environment or have an automotive background and be looking for a Monday to Friday role.
You will also have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to learn new procedures and systems.
Be proactive, flexible, and driven to succeed.
A full New Zealand drivers' licence, ability to drive manual transmission.
A Class 2, Dangerous Goods and Forklift license would be advantageous; however, we will assist the right candidate in obtaining.
