Responsibilities
• Monitor and assess guests' gambling behavior• Intervene if problem gambling indicators are present• Converse with a range of different people• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Utilize interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, analytical, and leadership skills• Work closely with Anti-Money Laundering compliance team, Surveillance and Security teams• Engage in sensitive, serious, and constructive conversations• Make sound decisions and communicate outcomes• Assist with compliance matters, database usage, stakeholder meetings, and resource development• Provide coaching to others
Requirements
• Passion for customer duty of care• Good observation skills and attention to detail• Confidence in conversing with a range of different people• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, analytical, and leadership skills• Empathy and confidence in sensitive conversations• Casino experience or relevant qualification preferred but not essential• Ability to work rotating roster including nights and weekends• Meet the criteria for a Certificate of Approval
