We are looking for someone who shares our passion for ensuring our customers get the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk through the door.We are now looking to boost our Hardware Sales Team in our Mitre 10 MEGA Dunedin store with a positive and enthusiastic candidate who understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service to our trade and DIY customers.
The purpose of the sales team member's role is to contribute to the overall success of the company by maximising sales and providing quality customer service.This is a part-time role Sunday and Monday 9.30am 6pm.For this position we are looking for someone who has:A natural ability to provide excellent customer serviceEnthusiasm and team spiritExcellent merchandising skillsThe physical capability to manage manual lifting elements of the roleA strong desire to learnAbility to work well under pressureExcellent attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of hardware products would be preferableCommitment to Health and Safety in the workplaceAs part of our commitment to health and safety all new team members must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.If you have the ability to engage with our customers, work through their DIY or large scale projects with them efficiently, then we would love to hear from you.
