You'll be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your team, helping to shape the next generation of engineers!What you'll bring:BEng Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or similar10+ years of proven experience in power electronics development, with embedded C hardware development backgroundAt least 4 years of people management / team leadership experienceStrong technical expertise in power conversion technologies, topologies, and component designExperience in designing power electronics solutions that meet quality standards, scope, and are delivered on time & within budgetFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and European directivesProficiency in electronics design and navigating electrical schematicsKnowledge of design for EMC and manufacture, and experience with hardware testing tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and power metersAccustomed to working in Agile development (Scrum and Kanban), configuration management, and change controlProject management skills, with the ability to lead projects from discovery phases to product launch - liaise with customers from time-to-timeStrong commercial and business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitudeKnowledge of Altium, PCB layout, SMPS design, simulation tools (like LTspice, Tina), Mathcad and FPGA/CLPD design (VHDL or similar)Experience in leading engineers to help them grow their craftWhat you'll get:A growing company that is working on interesting, innovative hardware productsA professional engineering culture with good valuesCompetitive salary + Health Insurance + great team + progression & professional development opportunities + great trainingJoin a growing company, with opportunity to innovate & contribute to the development of world-class products in power electronics.
