Wa Ora Montessori School is an Area School based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, catering for approximately 300 children and is the only Montessori School in New Zealand that nurtures the child from 0 to 18 years. We are a community based school with close connections to our whanau (families).
We are seeking a permanent hard technology (BCATS) teacher FTTE 0.24 (6 hrs) to join our friendly and collaborative High School teaching team. The ideal candidate will have current New Zealand teacher registration, be capable of teaching students from 15-18 years of age (Y11-13) and prior experience with hard tech (wood) is preferred. The position is delivered on Monday's from 9am–3.15pm, with the expectation that you are onsite from 8.30am–3.30pm.
The position is for a start date for the end of January, term 1 2025.
