We are seeking an innovative NZ registered teacher who is able to teach either woodwork or mechanical technology, or both subjects. The successful applicant will enjoy access to a well-equipped workshop and resources, encouraging creativity and skill development. This full-time role provides the opportunity to teach across junior and senior levels, guiding students from introductory projects to NCEA standards.
This position is available from the beginning of 2025 and could be one of leadership or one of autonomy (teacher-in-charge), as negotiated with the successful applicant (management units to be negotiated). This position is eligible for a HPTS Allowance.

Our rural school serves a close-knit community in the beautiful North Waikato, with 450 students from Y7 to 13.
