We pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year and do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectations.THE ROLEAs the Head Chef you'll be heavily involved in a hands-on operation in a very busy and fast-paced kitchen, leading a team of up to 15 chefs/kitchen staff.You will support the current team with a focus on quality and consistency.
You'll be helping to create menus with a big emphasis on using fresh and seasonal produce.You must have a true passion for food and a fresh clean approach to plating and presentation of dishes for our customers.You'll be a naturally strong leader and have proven ability to train, inspire and motivate.
