This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a team of eleven other leaders in similar positions within our school!This role is like a hybrid of the roles of a year level dean and a team/curriculum leader in other more traditional settings. Key responsibilities include leading a team of teachers in their role as a learning advisor, ensuring the delivery of our learning advisory curriculum reflects our intended objectives within your Hapu (around 100-120 Y7–10 students and 5-6 teachers), and supporting the implementation of our behaviour management system within your Hapu. We are looking for applicants who have a passion for getting the best out of each and every student both personally and academically.
