Nelson Turbo Prop Maintenance Base is looking for 2 proactive, professional and passionate Hangar Duty Managers (HDMs).
The successful applicants for this role will have proven leadership capabilities and will need to go beyond the technical aspects of the role to inspire, motivate and lead our people to achieve superior results on our business objectives.The HDM role will mentor and coach employees, reinforce high standards of safety, customer service and adherence to company values and codes of conduct.
