Handyperson/Maintenance Worker

Multi Skilled Handy person
We are looking for a skilled handyperson for maintenance work within the Wellington City Center. You will provide maintenance support, working closely with the reception and housekeeping team.
Your Responsibilities:

Carry out property maintenance work.
For more complicated maintenance tasks or jobs that require professional qualification, coordinate trade people - obtaining quotes, coordinating dates and access, and cleaning up after trade people's visit if needed.
Conduct property inspections to ensure all rooms, fittings, furniture, and appliances are functioning as intended.
Keep track of cleanliness of property and communicate cleanliness issues to the housekeeping team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

8 hour shift
