About The Role This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday. You will oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers and staff alike. Your responsibilities will span staff management, driving sales, opening and closing procedures, customer service, and operational excellence.
Your leadership will be essential in creating a vibrant, customer-centered environment where the team can thrive and the store can excel. Upholding company policies and procedures is vital to ensuring your team's and store's success.
About You Your experience in retail management roles will ensure you are well-equipped to step into this position. With a passion for fashion and setting trends, you know exactly how to optimize the store to best reflect and highlight the latest styles and trends and ensure success on all fronts.
