ABOUT THE ROLE You are the welcoming face of our brand and are dedicated to empowering our customers with their fashion choices.
This comes through creating a friendly, comfortable and inspiring experience by building authentic relationships and going above and beyond for customers.
We move pretty quickly, and you will find every day is super busy - no two days are the same with what you do and who you meet.
Some days you may be zoned at the front to welcome customers or stationed at the fitting rooms to put your styling skills to work.
You could also be assisting our stockroom manager, getting new product out onto the floor, or helping with grooming and visual merchandising activities to make sure our store and product look perfect!
You will be available to work Wednesday to Saturday in Invercargill and will ideally be flexible to cover other shifts as needed.
ABOUT YOU You will ideally have experience in customer service (retail or hospitality).
You will be: Super passionate about our product and representing the Hallensteins brand.
Love fashion and be knowledgeable on the current season trends (as well as products we have instore which are always changing).
Be willing to develop your customer service & styling skills.
Be a reliable and flexible team player.
Have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment with an energetic team.
Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to provide the exceptional customer experience our brand is known for!
