Your responsibilities will extend to:
Consult prospective customers over the phone, and in-person
Managing pre-op and post-op customer correspondence and follow-ups
Mastering the art of blood collection and performing PRP
Delivering world-class care to our valued clients
Ensuring adherence to medical protocols
Contributing to the training and ongoing development of both new and existing staff
Assisting in the day-to-day clinic operations as needed

Bachelors Degree in Nursing and registration with MCNZ
Previous experience as a registered nurse
Ability to perform blood collection or eagerness to undergo internal training
Stamina, concentration, and physical fitness for extended periods of detailed work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A warm and friendly approach to patient care
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends and extended weekday hours with short notice
Willingness to travel interstate when required
