Responsibilities:
Perform expert hair colour services including highlights, balayage, ombre, and corrective colouring.
Stay updated on the latest colour trends and techniques.
Provide consultations to clients, offering advice on colour choices, styles, and treatments that suit their needs and hair types.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service and personalized care.
Work collaboratively with a team of stylists and other beauty professionals.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a hair stylist, with at least 2 years specializing in women's hair colouring.
Strong expertise in advanced colouring techniques (balayage, foiling, freehand, etc.
).
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
A passion for creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.
