We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor - Insights and Engagement to join our team and help lead the way in workplace safety!Reporting directly to the Head of Safety and based at one of our key sites (Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, or Christchurch), this newly created role offers the chance to shape the future of our Health & Safety practices. You'll be at the forefront of introducing new initiatives designed to elevate our safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Implement tailored Health & Safety solutions that engage employees and leadership across the business, from operational to corporate teams.Develop and deliver safety materials that promote risk awareness and behavioural change.Analyse safety data and provide insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Head of Safety, supporting informed decision-making.Foster a culture where the well-being of our people is the top priority.Your Experience and Skills:5+ years' experience in a high-risk industry, with a proven track record of implementing measurable safety improvements.A tertiary qualification in Safety, Communications, Human Factors, or Human Resources (preferred).Experience in Internal Communications or Learning & Development (desired).Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.If you're ready to make an impact and be part of our journey to improve safety, click 'Apply Now' to submit an updated CV with a Cover Letter.
