Our professionally managed club, situated at the A&P showgrounds, is an integral part of the Pukekohe community. We are committed to fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our participants, aiming to keep them involved in sports throughout their lives.
Currently, we are seeking a Recreation Programme Coordinator to join our team. This leadership role requires collaboration with the Club Manager to provide guidance and direction. Our offerings include Pre School-Classes, School Delivery Classes, Afterschool & Weekend Programs, and specialized Artistic Gymnastics classes for both Men's (MAG) and Women's (WAG) disciplines.
Position Description.
We seek an individual with the ability to manage and grow our Recreation Programme. The programme is one of the structures that provide stability of our club, it will be crucial that this person is able to work collaboratively with our Competitive Coordinator to ensure that both programmes in their respected areas work seamlessly together. You will have a background in coaching, or teaching. Gymnastics coaching qualification or knowledge of gymnastics is advantageous. You will be passionate about making a difference in our community to share positive movement experiences for all ages and abilities.
The position is currently 30 hours per week Tuesday through to Saturday. There is potentially to move into full time for the right candidate. The position will include coaching across all club programmes with an aspect of supervision of our GFA programmes and the administrative tasks required under the Recreation Programme profile in the Gym for All space.

First Aid
Working with Children Check (to be obtained prior to commencing work)
