Guidewire Developer (Auckland or Wellington) Full time
$110,000 – $160,000 per year + Bonus + WFH + INS

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver Solutions : Work on exciting projects like moving legacy systems to Guidewire Cloud, upgrading on-prem solutions, and implementing brand-new Guidewire implementations.
Lead and Inspire : Take charge of workshops and client conversations, guiding teams through discovery, implementation, and upgrades.
Share Knowledge : Be more than just a tech wizard—advise clients, share insights, and ensure your expertise leaves lasting value.
Collaborate Across Teams : Coordinate efforts between tech experts, analysts, and client stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Proficiency in Guidewire development : Experience in Guidewire tools and technologies. Experience customizing and configuring Guidewire Applications.
Experience : 4–5+ years in Guidewire development with expertise in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Gosu, and Integration Gateway.
Leadership Skills : Confidence in running workshops and leading technical discussions with clients.
Problem-Solving Attitude : Not just order-takers—we're looking for advisors who think outside the box and deliver smart, practical solutions.
Soft Skills : Ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
