Guidance Counsellor at Lindisfarne College Lindisfarne College is a state integrated Y7–13 day and boarding school for boys in Hawke's Bay. We have a proud record of outstanding academic and co-curricular achievement that forms an important part of our special character. We are seeking an experienced Guidance Counsellor to join our Wellbeing and Pastoral team. This position offers either full or part-time hours, Monday to Friday, during term time. The start date for this position is Term 1, 2025. Ideally, you will have experience in school-based counselling and a strong passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of young people. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Maintaining a professional demeanor and demonstrating cultural responsiveness will be essential strengths in this role. As a special character school, you will be required to support the Christian values that underpin our approach and contribute to the extra-curricular programme at the College.
