SkyCity Hotels Group is committed to delivering the best standards of service and product knowledge.A bit about the roleAs a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in making sure that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us. You're one of their first and last points of contact when they check in and check out. Your responsibilities include:Providing front desk services to guestsProcessing guest paymentsActing as a source of information on various topicsA bit about youYou'll be someone who is approachable and has great customer service skills - this will shine when you're greeting our guests, helping them during their stay, and wishing them goodbye when they check out. You're likely to be sales-minded, where you'll up-sell/cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings. This role also involves some administration work, so you'll know your way around a computer.
